On 25th January my order from CSE arrived. The wrong item had been sent so I immediately contacted their customer service by email.
I had to take a photo of the wrong item and send it to customer services team.
I was told to package the item and take it to the nearest collection point, which I did, on that day, had to walk there.
On 31st January after I contacted them customer service informed my the item had been received.
I quote CSE, "As soon as our returns department has inspected your return
You will receive an email to say your refund has been processed. Thank you for your patience".
on 6th Jan I emailed again for an update. I quote CSE,
"Thank you for your email,
Please bare with me whilst I contact our returns department to see if they have received this".
It's unacceptable to have to wait so long and to have to take the initiative when this issue is entirely of CSE's own making.
I'm really unhappy with this firm and can't recommend them to anyone. They've had long enough to sort this out.

The product arrived in good time, the quality is great and it was packaged with care and was eco-friendly. They also included a free gift and a nice note. It felt like a real personal touch and classy.

Ordered a great serving platter that arrived damaged .
Cookserveenjoy replaced the platter within a few days.
Serving platter is beautifully designed and very stylish .

I received my order very quickly and noticed that one of the kitchen canisters was missing a rubber seal on the lid. I contacted CookServeEnjoy and they immediately responded and sent a new lid and seal.

I was very pleased with the excellent service and the quality of my products. Very easy website to navigate and I was informed of dispatch. Delivery was very fast too. I would definitely order again.

Sadly the replacement glass container was not the right size for my coffee pot, too big, that was acceptable. But the returns procedure was complicated and expensive.

The items were delivered promptly and are excellent. I would have given a five star rating however I thought the amount of bubble wrap used to protect the items was excessive and not environmentally sensitive.

Would have appreciated an accurate description on size of the teapot prior to ordering (in volume with pints/litres) as have purchased much larger than anticipated - a proper party pot! Would order through this company again

I’ve always wanted a Maxwell and Williams Tint Rose Porcelain Teapot but they were always so expensive. I was so happy while on FB I saw you had one for £9!! I ordered it right away
, was given a date for delivery and tracking number and an email to let me know when it had been dispatched and it arrived in the said date. The TeaPot was exactly what I wanted and looks great on my new kitchen shelf. Thank you

The products were of high quality and durability. They were great value for money and were exactly as stated on website. The order arrived promptly.

The ordering process was simple. The goods (kitchen timer) arrived on time and the timer itself is just what I wanted: easy to use and easy to read. I shall use CookServeEnjoy again when I need any kitchen equipment in the future.

Ordering online was easy.
Delivery was prompt.
All the purchases were top class.
However the box they were in was damaged. The items were to heavy and should have been in two parcels. I am very lucky that it actually all arrived and nothing was broken!

Later this year we are having our kitchen renewed and I've been looking for some new accessories for it. This store has some great items and many are a bit different which is what it liked most!

The order disappeared in to an EVRI black hole - CSE swung into action and sent out a new order (next day delivery) which has arrived. Well worth the wait - a good product!
